Fix Login Integration Test Output · Entire

Bottom line: Fixed the integration test to match the PR's new login output.

• Approval URL: → Login URL: prefix parsing in waitForLoginPrompt (handles the multi-space format)
• 3× "Login complete." → "login complete." assertions (matches the new ✅ login complete. line)
• TestLogin* integration tests pass; the shellcheck lint error is pre-existing in mise-tasks/release, unrelated.
