Command Promotion

We need to move the following commands out of labs: org, project, repo, and grant.

Recent Changes

Unhid the four command groups (removed Hidden: true and updated the doc comments):
- cmd/entire/cli/org.go
- cmd/entire/cli/project.go
- cmd/entire/cli/repo.go
- cmd/entire/cli/grant.go
Removed them from labs (cmd/entire/cli/labs.go):
- Dropped the four experimentalCommandInfo entries from the registry.
- Dropped their entire X --help lines from the labs overview Try: block.
Updated the registration comments in cmd/entire/cli/root.go (dropped "hidden during maturation").
Updated docs (CLAUDE.md, symlinked as AGENTS.md): added the four groups to the Command Layout section and softened the brittle "five noun groups" count.

Verification Steps

go build ./... passes
Targeted tests (TestLabs*, TestRootHelp*, TestRender*, plus org/project/repo/grant) pass
entire --help now lists all four groups
mise run fmt && mise run lint clean

The commands keep working exactly as before at their canonical paths — they're just discoverable in root help now instead of only via entire labs. I didn't commit anything since you didn't ask; let me know if you'd like a commit/PR.

Summary of Changes

Promote org/project/repo/grant out of labs:

Make the control-plane command groups visible in root help instead of only discoverable via entire labs:
- Drop Hidden: true from the org, project, repo, and grant groups and update their doc comments (no more "surfaced via labs").
- Remove the four entries (and their --help lines) from the labs experimental-command registry.
- Update root.go registration comments and the CLAUDE.md command layout.
