fix(repo): render unset STATE as "-" to match CLUSTER and the column doc

repoColumns documents CLUSTER/STATE as "-" when unset and CLUSTER already uses Or("-"), but STATE rendered blank. Align STATE on the same placeholder (applies to both repo list and repo-get via repoDetailRow).
