# Keep case-insensitive highlighting on truncated lines

The truncation ellipsis is non-ASCII, so appending it before
highlighting made isASCII reject the whole line and silently drop
case-insensitive highlights on long lines. Highlight the truncated
ASCII text first, then append the ellipsis.
