test(investigate): pin the git-branch backend in enableInvestigateAgent

Same treatment as enableReviewAgent: this file's helpers read checkpoint content from the v1 metadata branch. The remaining unpinned enable sites (agent_strategy, enable_import, setup_cmd tests) don't read the v1 branch and pass under either backend.
